💧 Hydration Is Real
Dubai's heat (often 40°C+ in summer) can shock a transit visitor. Carry water, wear breathable clothing, and plan indoor activities from noon–4pm.
💳 Pay by Card or App
Most places accept contactless payments. Get a Nol card for the metro (or buy a single-journey ticket). Carry AED 20–50 cash for market stalls.
👗 Dress Code Awareness
Shoulders and knees should be covered in older souks and malls. Beach clothing stays at the beach. Scarf on hand is good practice.
