Access
Unlike airline lounges, Plaza Premium at Heathrow T3 is open to virtually anyone with a valid departing or connecting flight through the terminal. Here are the main access routes:
Walk-in access is available. Rates vary by time of day and duration. Book online for a small discount vs walk-in pricing.
Priority Pass, Lounge Club, and DragonPass members can enter. Membership tier may determine if a per-visit fee applies.
Certain premium credit cards — including Amex Platinum and select Visa Infinite cards — grant complimentary or discounted entry.
A small number of carriers contract with Plaza Premium for business class or elite-tier passengers. Check with your airline in advance.
Food & Drinks
The buffet-style spread is refreshed throughout the day and leans international — suitable for the diverse traveler base passing through Heathrow T3. Quality is consistently solid rather than exceptional, but it comfortably surpasses anything airside at comparable price points.
Rotating selection of hot mains and sides — typically includes pasta, rice dishes, a protein option, and soup. Updated morning, afternoon, and evening.
Salads, charcuterie, bread rolls, cheese, and fresh fruit. The cold bar stays stocked throughout operating hours and is a reliable light-bite option.
Baked pastries, cakes, and sweet bites are replenished regularly. Particularly well-stocked during morning peak periods.
House wines, beers, and spirits are included in the standard entry fee. A full coffee station with espresso and barista-style drinks is also available.
Showers & Rest
One of Plaza Premium T3's genuine strengths is its shower and rest infrastructure — a meaningful advantage during a long layover or red-eye transit.
Clean, well-equipped shower rooms with towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and a hairdryer provided. Bookable via lounge staff.
Semi-private sleeping pods with recline capability and privacy screens. Limited in number — book early or arrive off-peak. Additional fee may apply.
A designated lower-noise area with softer lighting and deeper recliners, suited for napping or focused work without full pod booking.
Some Plaza Premium T3 visits include access to a compact wellness space — check availability at the time of booking as it varies by lounge configuration.
Children are welcome. The lounge has a small dedicated family seating area away from the quiet zone. Young guests may be charged a reduced or no fee.
Dedicated workstation desks with power, better ergonomic seating, and wired Ethernet connections for laptop-heavy workers needing reliable connectivity.
